Your level of training or experience does not matter! If you're an endurance athlete who trains consistently, uses Strava or a wearable, and wants to train the right way with supplements, we are your partner in crime.

Complete a brief survey, connect your Strava or wearable and add your upcoming races. Our algorithm analyzes your training patterns and automatically adjusts your supplement plan each month based on your training load and goals.

We strongly recommend it — a connection is what makes your box accurate, because it reads every session automatically. You can link Strava, Polar, Oura or Apple Health. If you don't use any of them, you can log your sessions manually instead; your box is then built from what you enter. If you don't have Strava, you can create a free account at strava.com.

We provide sport-specific supplements including electrolytes, proteins, energy gels, vitamins, minerals and a variety of race/recovery supplements. Each box is customized based on your training phase, sport type, and personal preferences.

Yes! We only work with certified manufacturers and A+ brands, and provide complete ingredient transparency. Your supplements are tailored to your dietary needs, allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities. Products that do not fit your profile are excluded or adjusted, so you only receive supplements that make sense for you.

Absolutely! You can exclude/include certain supplements or modify the quantities after you've generated your box. You can also modify your box each month from your profile.

We detect Base (regular training), Build (intensity increasing), Peak (race preparation), Race (competition week), and Recovery (post-race) phases based on your race schedule and training patterns.

Our DataFuel Engine is a scientific algorithm that analyzes your race calendar, training volume, and intensity patterns. It combines your recent training data, longer-term patterns, goals, upcoming races, and monthly feedback to understand your current training phase. The more complete your data is, the better your box reflects your actual training needs. Because your plan is updated every month, it can adapt when your training load, goals, or race schedule change.

Running (road, trail, treadmill and virtual), cycling, swimming (pool and open water) and strength training are all supported today, no matter your level. Your box adapts to the mix you actually train — running is not required, so a swim- or strength-focused athlete gets a box built around those sessions. Brick and triathlon days are planned as one session, with the transitions accounted for.

From €39.95/month, plus shipping — €7.85 to Belgium and €10.90 to the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg, charged per parcel. Your exact price is set at sign-up from your training load and stays fixed unless that load shifts significantly. You always see the price before you confirm.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to receive boxes until the end of your billing period.
